Fringed t-shirts are easy and chic pieces to pair with jean shorts, leggings or skinny jeans. I love how they remind me of those retro, fringed tops worn by old school roller skaters, rockers and hippies from back in the day. Well, I decided to take on a Do-It-Yourself challenge and make my very own chic, fringed t-shirt. It was soo easy and virtually fool-proof. Below are 10 EASY steps to help you create your own fabulous fringed t-shirt. Just take your time and have fun!
